The Arbors at Hopbrook is a Continuing Care Retirement Community that is comprised of an Independent Living Center and Manchester Manor Health Care Center, a 126-bed skilled nursing center.

Manchester Manor offers sub-acute services, orthopedic and cardiac rehabilitation services, I.V. services, pain management, complex wound management, short-term respite, and acute inpatient care for Hospice clients.
