Complex Interventions

Sub-acute care is provided by a seasoned staff of primary care nurses, supported by a full in-house therapy staff which includes physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Fully equipped rehabilitation centers are on-site, enabling clients to attain optimum recovery in the most timely and appropriate way possible. Having all services on site also means that clients receive their assessment, care plan reviews and modifications on the day they are admitted.
